I picked this up before NYALitFest as Will Hill was going to be there and I thought this book sounded really interesting and quite different. After reading Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda, I was both content and gutted because I loved it but also it was over! Me and Sarah both decided to take Leah On The Offbeat to Amsterdam on our trip away and it was the best decision! I’ve had a little bit of a bad reading month. A lot has been going on and the book that i was reading at the time was taking me a while to get through, so that meant by the end of February all i wanted to do was curl up with a really good YA contemporary novel that would make me smile from ear to ear with how cutesy it is. So that’s exactly what i did.
