I have had the basics of this post drafted for longer than I care to admit but it’s something I have wanted to do for so long! Sometimes when I’m reading a book, I get vibes of a certain Hogwarts House from it. It could be the atmosphere, the characters, the themes – honestly anything! Today I’m focusing on Slytherin – read on to check the books I think have Slytherin vibes! Continue reading “Slytherin House Book Recs”
I wanted to start this as a series ages ago and have had the ideas drafted for months but I never got round to it or was feeling it. Now however, I’ve had a resurgence of passion for it. I often associate books or songs with Hogwarts houses – it’s a fairly common thing to do. I enjoyed writing this one so much! Continue reading “Top 5 Books You Want to See as TV Shows”
This weeks Top 5 Wednesday is the characters you think you’d want in your family. Thinking about this was a little strange, you constantly think about the characters that you want to be friends with, the ones you connect most with when you’re reading, but I especially don’t think about the character I’d wish were family. This took a lot of thought, but here are my answers!
There comes a time in every readers life when they read a really great novel, go to Amazon to buy the sequel, only to realise that it is in fact just a stand-alone. The horror we all feel. Luckily this weeks Top 5 Wednesday gives us a release of those emotions that left us hanging on the edge of a cliff because all we wanted was to find out if they stay together in the end!
