TBR piles are both a book blogger’s best friend and worst nightmare. Some people love having a TBR pile, some hate it and sometimes it just depends. I had set aside April to catch up on my TBR of ARC’s. I seem to have accumulated quite a few in the last few months, and it was time to catch up on them before the release dates in April and May.
Admittedly, i know i’ve not stopped banging on about my YALC TBR for a good three months now. Ever since authors started to be announced for the event, i took the time to really think about what i would need to read beforehand and what i would enjoy the most. It’s not even to have the most books signed, i just hate going to events where everyone’s read a book and you don’t have an opinion on it!
I know Sarah has posted/tweeted a fair bit about YALC and the books she is reading in preparation but I haven’t really gotten as involved. I’ve been having a break from social media lately and I’ve barely been using it (my replies are shockingly late and I’m sorry!) so I haven’t really posted my YALC TBR or anything much to do with it.
