For the second year running, my first read of the year is a book from Lisa Williamson and yet again, it’s a wonderful way to start it! I’m super happy to be on the blog tour for First Day of My Life as I genuinely loved the book and enjoyed so many aspects which I will discuss below. Ourselves and the lovely Lois of LoisReadsBooks announced a readathon we set up which begins this month, from the 25th October until 8th November 2020. It’s a Crime Readathon as we want to expand our reading of the crime genre and it’s various subgenres. With my long commutes to work, I’ve been reading a lot more but also listening to more podcasts. AGES ago I did a post called Podcast Series where I planned to start talking about podcasts I enjoy; bookish or other. I didn’t follow through but I’m back with it again now!
