I Was Born for This is my first novel by Alice Oseman that I’ve read, and I absolutely adored it. I’ve heard countless incredible things about this story, and I found not knowing anything about this story going in to it was the best thing to do. I was surprised about how much I loved it, how much it lifted me from a reading slump and how happy i felt reading it.

Beauty And The Beast Novels

As many of you will know, the release of the new live-action Beauty And The Beast movie starring Emma Watson was released last week. So much hype has been around this movie, and as i’ve seen it, i can say personally i found it to be the best live-action movie Disney have made. Winter Recommendations

Everyone loves to read in the winter time! It’s the perfect excuse to get cuddled up with a book and a blanket, probably a cup of tea and read a book in one sitting! Top 5 Gateway Books

This weeks Top 5 Wednesday is my top 5 gateway books. A ‘gateway book’ is a book that introduces you to a genre. These are books that are easy to read and compass a certain genre easily so that the person entering that genre can get a good idea of what it is about. I really love reading gateway books because they always introduce you to new things, similarly i like hearing what others favourite gateway books are, it generally gives you a good idea of what the person likes and they’re interested in.
