Hello all! You’ve probably noticed that we are currently hosting a Readathon with the wonderful gals Sharn and Jaz. We started on the 16th May and we are ending on 31st May so there’s still plenty of time to join in if you wish to. I thought I’d give a little update letting you know what I’ve been reading and little things we have done so far! Continue reading “Shelf Help Readathon – Updates”
Hello! We are on day 9 of our Christmas read-along of I’ll Be Home for Christmas and I’m genuinely loving it so far. In my last post I wrote about how I was struggling to finish a book and reading a short story everyday has really helped me get back into reading! I’m going to update you on what my favourites are so far and what I love about them. Continue reading “Readalong Update (Blogmas)”
It’s been a long time since i updated on here about what’s going on in my life, what i’m reading and what my reading plans are. This could potentially be quite a long post, so make sure you grab a drink because this is going to be a CHAT.
Obviously, this is not all in one go. I’m not like an octopus, with eight arms, a book in each one, eyes jumping between them all. However, lately I’ve really been a fan of reading multiple books at once rather than just one. I never used to do this when I was younger because I assumed I would hate it and to be honest, I read so fast that one at a time was enough. I wanted to write a little post about the books I’m currently reading and my reasons (because yes, of course, I have a system)! Continue reading “Reading Multiple Books at Once”
It’s been a long time since i did a reading update on the blog. I regularly Tweet on our blog Twitter (@TLCCBlog) updates of what i’m reading and when i’ve finished a book, however i rarely put anything on the blog about the books that i’m currently reading. So i’m just checking in with you all and doing a bit of housekeeping!
