For the past 12 days we have been doing a read-along of the BAME anthology, A Change is Gonna Come. It’s a wonderful book filled with short stories and poems by diverse authors, some well known, others slightly less known – all of which are amazing to now know of! As by now we have read the whole book, we are going to do a joint review of the book! Continue reading
It’s the first day of our A Change Is Gonna Come read-along and blog tour! I’m so excited to start reading the stories with everyone and especially for some excellent blogs to join in on the fun! I’ve been looking forward to reading this BAME anthology since YALC this year (as there was such a huge hype around it), so it feels great to finally get around to reading the first story.
We are taking part in yet another blog tour! This time the tour is for Tempting Isabel by Rissa Brahm. Instead of giving you a look in to the book or a review, we decided to give Rissa a grilling about her new novel and give you a little Q&A session! We asked about Rissa’s writing experiences, along with all kinds of questions about the book and characters! Here’s our interview!
It’s our turn for The Sunflower Cottage Breakfast Club blog tour! I’ve been excited about this story for quite a while now, and as i’ve not had chance to read the novel for you, i’ve requested some wise words from the author herself! Keep reading to find out why Lynsey James ‘wrote a series’!
It’s the third day of the blog tour for We’ve Come to Take You Home! I was so excited to read this book because the premise sounded fascinating. I remember a few weeks ago when Sarah mentioned it to me and I jumped at the chance of reading it. Here’s a little info about the novel and author, Susan Gandar, as well as some of my own thoughts on We’ve Come to Take You Home.
It has come to our turn on the Now and Then Friends blog tour! I’ve been excited to let you all know about this new book for a long time. Now and Then Friends is a ‘Hartley-by-the-Sea’ novel by USA Today best selling author Kate Hewitt. Now and Then Friends can also be read as a stand-alone novel, meaning anyone can enjoy the absolute loveliness that is Kate Hewitt’s writing! Keep reading for a summery of the book and an exclusive excerpt!
There is a new suspense thriller coming up that I think you might be interested in! Whyte Lies is the first in a series of crime thriller novels that will keep you on the edge of your seat, something that would be absolutely perfect for a beach holiday i imagine! Stay turned on this post to see us reveal the new cover!
