It’s finally 2021, and i think none of us thought we’d get to this point. Despite the world, i have quite a nice and relaxed Christmas and New Year with the people I love the most.
I was lucky enough to receieve plenty of book gifts for Christmas in 2020, far more than i ever expected. I shared a book haul with you a couple of weeks ago from a very covid-safe trip i took with my boyfriend, and i have another now to share the books that i got as gifts at Christmas.

The Jeffrey Dahmer Story: An American Nightmare by Don Davis
Killer Clowns by Terry Sullivan
The Doctor Will See You Now by Amir Khan
A Song Below Water by Bethany C. Morrow
Leave The World Behind by Rumaan Alam
The Best Laid Plans Cameron Lund
Diary Of A Murderer & Other Stories by Kim Young-Ha
Fangirl adapted by Sam Maggs & Gabi Nam
Easier Ways To Say I Love You by Lucy Fry
Anne Of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
These are the small collection of books that i was gifted this year for Christmas. All of these i’d previously had my eye on, and i’m lucky enough that my loved ones know me so well!
Myself and Sophie theme our books every year, we choose a theme and the book we gift each other has to fit that theme. This year, we decided that a place would be the theme, and sought out books from South Korea. Sophie’s choice for me was Diary Of A Murderer and other short stories which i am incredibly excited about getting to!
I hope everyone had lovely festive periods, no matter how you celebrated this year.

I’ve only heard of and read Anne of Green Gables and loved it but the others sound really interesting! I hope you both enjoy reading them x.
