Top 5 Characters You’d Invite To Your NYE Party

This weeks Top 5 Wednesday is based around New Year! It’s quickly approaching, just in a few days, and i’m excited to find out what the new year will bring in the case of reading. But before that, i got to think about all the characters i love, and the ones that i would want around me bringing in the new year. I thought about this quite a lot, because you’d want the most special people around, the ones that you think you’d get on with best. So here is the list of characters i’d like to spend my new years eve with.

Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling
Let’s face it, if you invite Hermione, chances are she’ll bring Ron, and possibly Harry, so why would you not want her there? She’s also one of the most intelligent characters with the best personality, i imagine she’d be great to chat to and you’d be kept entertained at the party! I definitely would like some time to hang out with Hermione.

 

Evie Snow from On The Other Side by Carrie Hope Fletcher
Evie seems like such a free spirit, i find it hard to believe anyone wouldn’t want her at their party. To me, she seems very much like a Phoebe from Friends character, doesn’t care what people think, doesn’t mind making a fool of herself and she’s quite a fun, quirky person. A little time with Evie Snow would make me very happy!

 

Noah Shaw from the Mara Dyer Trilogy by Michelle Hodkin
To be completely honest, Noah would be invited  for something to look at. He’s my biggest book crush, and i’m just a little bit in love with him. He also seems like he would be the perfect addition to a party and would make it very interesting indeed.

 

Celia and Marco from The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern 
I’m going to lump these two characters in together because i feel like they’re a two for one deal anyway. Celia and Marco are the two main characters from The Night Circus, and they’re the most interesting characters on this list by far. Having someone with a little more magic would really make a party i think.

 

Patrick from The Perks Of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Patrick is easily one of my favourite characters from fiction, and Ezra Miller’s portrayal of the character makes me love him even more. Once again he’s quite a free spirited person who i imagine would be great at a party. My main reason for choosing Patrick is that i would love to see him interact with Hermione, and find out her opinions of him. I also would love to see him become friends with Noah.

There are so many more characters that i could have added to this list. Newt Scamander, Scorpius Malfoy, Katniss Everdeen, Grace and Tippi… the list is endless really, it might have to be a separate post of characters that i love dearly and want to be my friends!
