Both of us have a lot of books on our TBR piles that we want to get around to in the next few months over summer. Summer feels like the perfect time to read as the world seems to slow down a little in the heat and there is much more time in the day to sit tight with a book. We’re both hoping that we can get plenty of reading done, so here are some of the books that we think we’ll be able to get around to!
Sarah:
- Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo
- How To Be Both by Ali Smith
- On The Other Side by Carrie Hope Fletcher
- Always With Love by Giovanna Fletcher
- The Program by Suzanne Young
- Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult
- A Court Of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas
- Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
Sophie:
- How To Be Both by Ali Smith
- A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness
- Always With Love by Giovanna Fletcher
- Where She Went by Gayle Forman
- An Education by Lynn Barber
- Remember Me by Sophie Kinsella
- The Ice Cream Girls by Dorothy Koomson
- Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell
We will be updating you towards the end of summer about whether we have achieved our summer reading goals, or even read a few of the books on this list! But lets face it, with the weather getting much nicer and our lives filling with time with friends, we might not get around to all of these! Wish us luck (we’ll probably need it).
Great Books!
